Money and Energy
At Subway I buy a turkey sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread with the usual veggies. This is usually my favorite and regular order. My energy was not at its highest today even after I ate my lunch.
After lunch I stopped by my work office to pick up supplies and a check. When I opened up the check, there was more money then I expected to receive. I checked the hours and they matched the dollar amount. After that moment my energy soared. I felt extremely happy and looked forward to the school I was working at in Chino Hills.
I think knowing that I worked hard and was paid more than what I expected definitely helped my energy level and kept it high at work also. I teach chess to little children and sometimes the kids can get a little out off hand. Today my kids were awesome which kept my level even higher.
Does receiving more money on your paycheck than you expected increase your energy level?
Ever Heard of EFT?
I talked with a friend from work and he was the one who introduced me to this form of medicine. He said he had a back problem from an accident that occurred long ago. He found this through research. He said that doctors only gave him medicine for the pain but never cured the problem. After using this technique he no longer has pain and now helps other people get rid of migraines or other problems.
Next time i need some extra energy or am experiencing pain I will try this technique. You can easily find Youtube videos on this by just typing EFT.
If you try this let me know... This definitely can be a great an energy booster.

Special Diet Tips for Parents
It is essential that children are introduced to these foods in the right portions. Many people think they are feeding kids healthy foods but even some essentials can be over used and may increase the chances of limited energy.
Children's intake of food can start poorly after they switch to solids. It is important for those who care for the future of their child to monitor and avoid fast foods. The earlier children are introduced to the convenient drive through, they will want to continue going there. There would be comments such as: "Mom I want to go to the place with the food and toys". I know it is hard to say no to a child especially harder for "grandparents" but children should be introduced to a balanced diet to reach a full potential of ENERGY.
From My Overweight Child
3 ounces of meat, poultry, or fish = deck of playing cards
1 ounce of meat, poultry, or fish = matchbook
1 cup of fruit or yogurt = baseball
½ cup of chopped veggies = three ice cubes
1 cup of potatoes, rice, or pasta = a fist or a tennis ball
1 medium orange or apple = baseball
1 standard bagel = hockey puck
2 tablespoons of peanut butter = golf ball
1 ounce of cheese = four dice or a tube of lipstick
Children's Bodies and Energy

For those who have kids, siblings, cousins, students etc.
How does it make you feel to look at these bodies and wonder why they are allowed to eat this way? Instead of having active lives they start off knowing what it is like to run a few steps and be exhausted. These children, unless extreme measures are taken now, will more than likely be obese for the rest of their short lives. How does food play a key role in the energy they need to lose that weight and become active?

Least-treated whole grains, which serve as a source of proteins, minerals and fiber.
Raw, uncooked, bright and colorful fresh vegetables that form a part of the gyro list serve as a source of antioxidants.
Legumes such as beans and groundnuts provide the necessary proteins, potassium, and zinc, and assist in maintaining the hemoglobin content within the body.
The proteins from milk and yogurt prove to be a part of nutritious meal.
Citrus serve as a source of Vitamin C while berries assist in providing a well balanced diet.
Nuts and seeds, though high in calorific value, definitely prove to be nutritious for a healthy diet if consumed in limited quantity.
For those who eat as poorly as I did, at times still do, then just changing a few things in your diet can greatly impact how you feel and increase your balance of energy. Adding and taking away some of the fatty foods we eat can also help with slight weight loss. Sometimes that is always a positive.
